In-Studio Training includes:

  • In-person training with one of our instructors using a variety of training techniques and gym equipment (boxing, battle ropes, TRX training, bosu balls, crossfit tires, indoor track, etc.)

  • Access to virtual training with one of our instructors

  • Access to Athletic Republic gym during hours of operation

  • In person consultation for weight loss, weight gain, weight management and nutrition

Monday - Thursday

5:00AM - 6:00AM

6:00PM - 7:00PM

Online Coaching

Virtual Training includes:

  • Weekly virtual meetings with a coach. Workout plans will be assigned and discussed as well as meal plan consultation and overall general wellness.  

  • Access to videos containing virtual training with one of our instructors. Videos include moderate weightlifting and high intensity cardio workouts.

Required Equipment For Videos:

  • 5 pound dumbbells (for light days)

  • 15 pounds or more dumbbells (for heavy days)

  • Exercise mat (optional)

Cancellation Policy- For in-studio training, we request that members submit their cancellation request in writing at least 5-7 business days prior to your auto debit being processed to avoid any additional charges. To cancel, please send your request to:
