Training
In-Studio Training includes:

In-person training with one of our instructors using a variety of training techniques and gym equipment (boxing, battle ropes, TRX training, bosu balls, crossfit tires, indoor track, etc.)

Access to virtual training with one of our instructors

Access to Athletic Republic gym during hours of operation

In person consultation for weight loss, weight gain, weight management and nutrition
Class Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
5:00AM - 6:00AM
6:00PM - 7:00PM
Online Coaching
Virtual Training includes:

Weekly virtual meetings with a coach. Workout plans will be assigned and discussed as well as meal plan consultation and overall general wellness.

Access to videos containing virtual training with one of our instructors. Videos include moderate weightlifting and high intensity cardio workouts.
Required Equipment For Videos:

5 pound dumbbells (for light days)

15 pounds or more dumbbells (for heavy days)
